With the approval of Law No. 107/2021 “On Co-governance” The provision of services by all service-providing institutions, for which applications are submitted through the “e-Albania” platform, will be carried out exclusively electronically.
In accordance with the aforementioned law, the National Business Center will, starting April 30, 2022, offer all its services exclusively through the “e-albania” platform.
Under these circumstances, we ask all entities, both individuals and legal persons, to take measures to obtain an electronic signature.
