In order to obtain the electronic services offered by the government portal e-Albania, you must log in to your account on the portal.
Registration on the e-Albania government portal can be done by both Albanian citizens and foreign citizens with a residence permit in Albania. Albanian citizens can register through their Personal Identification Number, which they can find on their identity card or passport. Foreign citizens can register through the Identification Number with which they were issued when obtaining their residence permit.
After the portal has been opened www.e-albania.al The following steps should be followed: a. Click “Register”:

User Personal Identification Number (NID): It is the personal identification number.
Identification document expiry date: Enter the expiry date of the identification card in the format day.month.year.
Password: Ensure the password is between 8 and 12 characters long and does not start or end with spaces.
Email: The account activation link and all notifications regarding your applications will be sent to this address.
Mobile phone number: Please ensure it is entered in the correct format. For Albanian numbers, the format is ’06xxxxxxxx’, while for numbers outside Albania, the correct format is ‘0044/0039/0032xxxxxxxx’, depending on the country you live in.
Personal data (Name, Surname, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Birthdate): Care must be taken to ensure that all data is accurate and matches the Civil Registry data.Be careful with data that may contain “ë” or “ç”.
If you continue to have difficulties registering even after verifying your data at the Civil Registry, contact the helpdesk at [email protected]. c. Enter the four-digit code sent via SMS to your phone number and click on the activation link at your e-mail address to activate your account.

For every Albanian citizen or foreigner who owns or manages a business, e-Albania offers the opportunity to register their business.
In the case of Albanian citizens and foreigners with residence permits, registration can be done through personal accounts on the portal. After registering as an individual and identifying yourself on the e-Albania portal, you can register your business on the main page by clicking “Register a Business”. Identification on the business account can be done through the Business Identification Number and Password.
*Caution: To register the business, you must be logged into the e-Albania portal with the account of the person who is the administrator of the business.
In the case of foreign citizens who are not equipped with a residence permit in Albania, business registration can be carried out through the “Register your business as a foreign citizen” option, which appears on the homepage.
