The electronic initial registration service for a general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, and simple partnership is offered to an individual/citizen who has created their individual account on the portal. To carry out the initial registration application, the individual applies by filling out the relevant form for initial company registration.
Based on Article 22, point (a) of Law 9723, dated 05.03.2007 “For Business Registration“, unchanged, one of the subjects obligated to register in the commercial register are natural persons who carry out commercial economic activities.
Necessary documentation
Documents that the applicant must upload:
- Statutes and Deed of Incorporation of the company, in case they were drawn up as 2 separate documents in the original (deadline 30 days from the date of incorporation)
- The act of appointing the company's bodies, if not included in other acts
- Bank mandate or notarized confirmation of payment of share capital in cash (if share capital has been paid)
- Act of licensed appraiser expert valuation for in-kind capital payment
- Representative's identification documents
- Authorization document for the representative
- Special Declaration for Recognition, Acceptance, and Implementation of Current Legal Provisions
Steps of the procedure
- Identify yourself as a citizen on the e-Albania portal.;
- Select the service “Application for initial registration of collective, limited partnership, limited liability, and simple partnerships”
- Click the “Use” button.”
- Fill out the electronic form with the necessary information about the type of company you will be registering.
- Click the “Send” button on the last page of the form.
- The QKB employee processes the incoming request and responds to the applicant depending on the decision made.
