The General Directorate of Taxes reminds taxpayers that they must submit the analytical inventory as of December 31, 2019, to the Regional Tax Directorates. Based on Law No. 9920 of May 19, 2008 “On Tax Procedures in the Republic of Albania,” as amended, Article 60. .
The inventory must contain information regarding raw materials, finished products, and goods for resale, detailed by unit, quantity, price, and value.
This information must be electronically uploaded to the e-Filing tax system under the “My Issues” section by the due date. 05.1.2020. The taxpayer may be subject to an on-site inspection to verify the accuracy of this inventory. The Tax Administration urges taxpayers to properly fulfill this legal obligation within the deadlines and avoid penalties.
