Due to the situation created by the November 26 earthquake, the General Directorate of Taxes announces the extension of the deadline for submitting the analytical inventory to January 10, 2020. Previous notice The deadline for submitting the inventory had been set for January 5, 2019.
Based on Law No. 9920 dated 19.05.2008 “On Tax Procedures in the Republic of Albania,” as amended, Article 60 “Obligation of taxpayers to provide information to the tax administration”; taxpayers must submit the analytical inventory as of December 31, 2019.
The inventory must contain information regarding raw materials, finished products, and goods for resale, detailed by unit, quantity, price, and value. This information must be electronically uploaded to the e-Filing tax system, under the “My Affairs” section, by the 1st.0.1.2020.The taxpayer may be subject to an on-site inspection to verify the accuracy of this inventory.
