Regarding the legal obligation to file financial statements for the year 2018, we inform you that entities which have applied online through the e-albania portal by 31.07.2018 (24:00) and whose applications have been assigned an application number (CN…), but due to the high volume of applications at the same time, it has become impossible to properly complete and submit the financial statements, An administrative sanction shall not be applied under Article 74, paragraph 3 of Law No. 9723 of May 3, 2007, “On Business Registration.”.
Meanwhile, all entities that have applied but have not successfully finalized their applications for the above-mentioned reason must complete the initiated application even after July 31.2019, and to definitively submit the 2018 financial statements to the National Business Center. until September 30, 2019.
