Based on the provisions of Articles 43 and 46 of Law No. 9723/2007 “On Business Registration”, as amended, by the date
July 31, 2023
Entities required by law must submit to the National Business Center, through the electronic service on the eAlbania portal, at this link the following documents:
- Annual financial statements
- Report on the progress of the activity, ,
- Audit report (kept in accordance with legal requirements, in cases where keeping these documents is mandatory)
Caution
Regardless of legal form, the filing of the above-mentioned documents must be carried out by every entity registered in the Commercial Register when such entities are required to prepare them.
Filing of the annual balance sheet with the National Business Center
Online application for filing the annual accounting balance sheet and audit reports at the National Business Center. This electronic service enables the filing with the NBC of the annual accounting balance sheet and audit reports (when the retention of these documents is mandatory).
The service can only be offered to an entity/business that is already registered with the QKB. Based on the Law No. 9723, dated May 3, 2007, “On the National Business Center,", As amended, Article 43(3)(a), entities are required to file the annual financial statements, the activity progress report, and the audit report, prepared in accordance with legal requirements, when the preparation of these documents is mandatory.
Necessary documentation
- Annual financial statements scanned in PDF format.
- The audit report and activity performance report (when their maintenance is mandatory).
- Decision on the approval of the financial statements (as required by law). Caution:
- The accompanying documentation must be in PDF format.;
- The size of the documents (File) to be uploaded must not exceed 5 MB.
- The name of the document (File) being uploaded must not contain symbols (‘/ # “ $ *, etc.)
Steps of the procedure
The steps you need to follow to open a business account:
- The administrator must open the account as an individual (under the “Register” option).
- At the “Log In” option, the administrator will log in and must select the “Citizen/Business Password Login” authentication method.
- After logging into the portal, the administrator must log into the system to open a business account under the “My Space” option in the “Register Business” menu.
- Under the “Login” option, the entity will be logged in and must select the identification method “Citizen/Business Identification with Password: NIPT and the password set by the administrator during business registration.".
