The electronic service “Application for the Registration of the Economic Operator in the Electronic Procurement System” enables businesses to apply online to register in the system. The Electronic Procurement System.
Account creation in the Electronic Procurement System is available to all businesses that are active in the QKB and/or DPT and that are not currently registered in this system. Legal basis: Law No.No. 9643, dated November 20, 2006, “On Public Procurement,” as amended.

No supporting documentation is required for this service.
Steps of the procedure
- Register as a business or institution on the e-Albania portal.;
- Select the “Application for Economic Operator Registration in the Electronic Procurement System” service.;
- Click the “Use” button.;
- Authorize the performance of actions by means of the applicant's declaration;
- Click the “Send” button.”
- Credentials appear in the e-Albania interface, but are also sent to the “My Messages” section of the e-Albania portal and by email to the address registered on the portal.
