In support of Articles 81, paragraph 1, and 83, paragraph 1, of the Constitution and Articles 38, paragraph 6, and 55, paragraph 3, of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly,

SET:

I. Rejection of the draft law “On an amendment to Law No. 9975 of July 28, 2008, ‘On National Taxes,’ as amended,” an initiative by a member of parliament.

II. This decision takes effect immediately.
