The General Directorate of Taxes informs taxpayers that they must electronically submit the analytical inventory as of December 31, 2020.
The inventory must contain information regarding raw materials, finished products, and goods for resale, detailed by unit, quantity, price, and value.
The above information, which is required based on law no. 9920 dated 19.05.2008 “On Tax Procedures in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, Article 60, “Obligation of taxpayers to provide information to the tax administration,” must be uploaded electronically to e-Filing, in the “My Affairs” section, by January 11, 2021.
The Tax Administration urges taxpayers to properly fulfill this legal obligation within the deadline and avoid penalties.
