The SelfCare Portal has been launched on e-Albania in both Test and Live versions. With the start of the implementation of the Fiscalization process, applying through this portal will be required for all taxpayers to carry out the Fiscalization reporting procedures.
The General Directorate of Taxes encourages you to initially use this module in the Test version in order to familiarize yourself with the implemented functionalities and to carry out testing actions without any impact on tax reporting. Meanwhile, in the Live version you will be able to perform all the necessary actions for fiscal reporting on business unit data, operator data, fiscalized invoices, cash register opening, etc. Each published version also includes the corresponding user manuals for every implemented functionality.
The SelfCare portal is accessed through E-Albania, and the two materials attached to this notice familiarize you with how to log in to each of its versions (Test and Live; you can find the respective links in the documents attached to this notice).
The General Directorate of Taxes encourages all taxpayers to familiarize themselves with the SelfCare portal, use its Test version, and then register as users, thereby preparing in advance the necessary data for the Fiscalization process.
