Reminder of electronic certificate expiration date

General Directorate of Taxes We draw the attention of taxpayers, who since January 1, 2021, have started issuing electronic invoices as part of the Fiscalization process, that they must take measures to initiate the reapplication procedures for the electronic certificate.

Caution: Based on Law 87/2019 “For the Invoice and Circulation Monitoring System”, as amended, only taxpayers whose deadline for this digital file is approaching must reapply to be issued an Electronic Certificate again.

The Tax Administration reminds that this document is valid for 1 year, costs 4,000 Lek, and is one of the essential elements for Fiscalization. It is uniquely linked to the business as an entity.

The reapplication method is the same as the one you used the first time. Click online at the National Agency of Information Society (AKSHI) through the e-Albania portal, at the link https://e-albania.al/eAlbaniaServices/UseService.aspx?service_code=13691 and follow all the steps shown there in order.
