Application for initial registration of a natural person
The electronic service for initial registration of an entity is offered to an individual/citizen who has created their individual account on the portal. To carry out the initial registration application, the individual applies by filling out the relevant initial registration form depending on the legal form they will register. Based on Article 22, point (a) of Law 9723, dated 03.05.2007 “On Business Registration”, unchanged, one of the subjects obliged to register in the commercial register are individuals who carry out commercial economic activities.

Documents that the applicant must upload:
Power of Attorney (notarized power of attorney) if the applicant is different from the person being registered
Steps of the procedure
- Identify yourself as a citizen on the e-Albania portal.;
- Select the service “Application for initial registration of a natural person”
- Click the “Use” button.”
- Fill out the electronic form with the necessary information about the type of company you will be registering.
- Click the “Send” button on the last page of the form.
- The CCBE employee processes the submitted request and, depending on the decision made, replies to the applicant via email.
For the purposes of initial registration, entities also declare mandatory data from tax, social security, and health legislation, such as: annual turnover, the types of taxes the entity is registered for, etc. as well as statistical codes such as the Economic Nomenclature Code (NVE). These data are completed on the basis of self-declaration in Section “D” of the application form. Initial business registration with the QKB is completed within 24 hours of application.
