Public Announcement from the General Directorate of Taxation:
The General Directorate of Taxes, based on law no. 9920 dated 19.05.2008 “On Tax Procedures in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, article 60 “Taxpayers” Obligation to Provide Information to the Tax Administration", informs taxpayers that they must deposit the analytical inventory as of 31.12.2018 at the Regional Tax Directorates. The inventory must contain information regarding raw materials, finished products, and goods for resale, detailed by unit, quantity, price, and value.
What information must be submitted to the DRTs by the date 10.1.2019 in written form, signed and stamped by the company's representative or electronically uploaded to the e-Filing tax system, under “My Cases.”.
