Based on Article 43 of Law No. 9723, dated 05/03/2007, “On Business Registration,” as amended, entities must register and file the annual financial statements, the activity progress report, and the audit report, prepared in accordance with legal requirements, in cases where the keeping of these documents is mandatory, no later than 7 months from the date of closing of each financial year, otherwise an administrative fine of 15,000 lekë will be applied.
Deadline, for the submission of these documents is July 31, 2019.
