Safety and health at work

Workplace safety doesn't begin on the day of an accident. The Labor Code requires the employer to establish technical safety rules, to inform and train employees upon hiring, and to always keep the risk assessment document for each workplace on the premises. Accident reports are kept for at least three years and submitted to the inspector whenever requested. Violations of these obligations fall under the most severe sanctions, up to fifty times the monthly minimum wage. Here you will find every obligation and every document, each on its own page.
