Schedule, breaks, and leaves

The normal workweek does not exceed 40 hours and the workday does not exceed 8 hours. Weekly rest is no less than 36 hours, of which 24 hours are uninterrupted. Annual leave is no less than 22 working days, following the change in 2024, while the old rule of four calendar weeks no longer applies. Overtime does not exceed 200 hours per year and is paid at no less than a 25 percent premium.
