The employment contract is made in writing and contains twelve mandatory elements. If it has not been previously concluded, the employer must execute it within seven days from the date of employment. The employee's tax declaration does not follow this deadline, because it must be made at least one day before the start of work. The employment relationship, for its part, arises even without any document, from the moment work is performed in exchange for payment.
