  2. Protection from discrimination and harassment (Article 9).
  3. A fair and timely wage (Article 78).
  4. Annual paid leave of at least four weeks (Article 95).

Employees' Obligations

Employees must:

  1. Perform duties as described in the job description (Article 15).
  2. Maintain equipment and work environments (Article 17).
  3. They comply with the rules set by the employer and contribute to a safe and organized work environment.
